Once a bar coded ticket has been scanned, it becomes void from the system - no further entries will be permitted - no exceptions. Any attempt to duplicate, fabricate or otherwise alter an original ticket will result in the ticket being rendered invalid, entry denied and possible legal ramifications.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, and AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE APPLICABLE EVENT, MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE A REFUND PROVIDED THAT YOU ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT, WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT, TO ATTEND A RESCHEDULED PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME EVENT OR TO EXCHANGE THIS TICKET FOR A TICKET, COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND LOCATION, TO ANOTHER SIMILAR EVENT AS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT.
SERVICE FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Event owners reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Ticket obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast, videotaped, recorded or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. Holder hereby waives all rights and releases and discharges Get Tickets E-Solutions Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, licensees, their successors and assignees and those acting with the authority of Get Tickets E-Solutions Inc. from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceedings against any such parties for, any claim, demand or cause of action whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of the right of privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of any recorded transmission or reproduction of an event. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. This ticket can be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed (under certain circumstances. Please contact the event owner), and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
Payment Methods, Pricing and Availability:
Get Tickets E-Solutions proudly accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and the Discover Card. We sell tickets on behalf of promoters, bands, and venues, and other one-off event holders which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, charge-by-phone centers, and venue box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to an event, however we do not control this inventory or its availability.
Cancelled Events:
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, band, or venue. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the promoter, band, or venue reserves the right to transfer your ticket rather than allow a refund, and/or may set refund limitations. In order for a refund to be processed, you must have the original ticket, along with your order confirmation number if purchased online or through the charge-by-phone system. The face value ticket price will be refunded in most cases. Convenience fees, order processing and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, prohibit Gettickets E-Solutions from issuing exchanges, refunds, or credit after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
